Bobby Chinn Saigon, is Bobby’s new addition and it will deliver a dining experience of casual elegance, serving a modern global menu coupled with small plate entrees for shared meals.
The venue is designed to be multiplex; with the ability to continually change the layout and atmosphere based on client needs. Whether it be for high-end events, intimate romantic dinners, casual dinners and active bar lounge. Restaurant Bobby Chinn Saigon can cater to events as small as a 15 cover cocktail reception, theatre style for 200, classroom for 100, sit down dinner for 100 and large promotional branding events (cocktail style) for up to 200 guests.
The restaurant will be a destination for great food, beverage and entertainment. Combining the cuisine and global exposure of celebrity chef Bobby Chinn we expect to earn a place among the hippest restaurants in the region while attracting special occasion high end-diners as well as casual fun eatery at moderate prices for the larger wider market.
